Jury Volunteer Form

ÂÜÀòÍøÊÓƵ

Juries are appointed annually by the Awards Committee Chair for the purpose of selecting recipients of the ÂÜÀòÍøÊÓƵAwards. There are five members per jury. Each jury member meets at the Midwinter Meeting with the exception of the World Book/ÂÜÀòÍøÊÓƵGoal Award jury.

Responsibilities of Jury members:

Each member will be provided with the names of all eligible candidates/projects, nominating statements, and other supporting documentation for review prior to the Midwinter Meeting. In concurrence with the ÂÜÀòÍøÊÓƵopen/closed meeting policy, all jury meetings will be closed when considering the merits of individuals or projects for awards, grants, or scholarships. After final selections are completed, the Awards Committee Chair is notified at the final committee meeting of the Midwinter Meeting.
